WHERE (3) TWO-STORY UNITS OCCUR IN A ROW AND THEY ARE SITUATED LESS THAN 15 FEET APART, AT LEAST (1) UNIT MUST HAVE A SINGLE STORY BUILDING EDGE NOT LESS THAN 10 FEET IN DEPTH. 2. WHERE (3) TWO-STORY UNITS OCCUR IN A ROW AND THEY ARE SITUATED 15 TO 20 FEET APART, AT LEAST (1) UNIT MUST HAVE A SINGLE STORY BUILDING EDGE NOT LESS THAN 5 FEET IN DEPTH. 3 . PER PROJECT, 33% OF ALL UNITS SHALL HAVE A SINGLE STORY EDGE A MINIMUM OF 40% OF THE TOTAL PERIMETER. 4.
