SUBJECT: DATE & OLIVE AVENUES, EXISTING SEWER AND EASEMENT
REQUIREMENTS - CMWD PROJECT NO. 93-C.413
Dear Mr. Bradley:
Responding to your letter of request of March 8, 1994 asking the District to provide you a letter
that the District would agree to a 12.50 foot easement (from the easterly property line) if the
existing sewer main was reconstructed/relocated to 5.00 foot from the easterly property line.
As stated in our meeting with you, this alternate is an acceptable solution. Because you chose
this sltemsts, be advised that the District shall require the following conditions:
1. Developer/Engineer shall submit a preliminary "red penciled" layout of the proposed
sewer location for District Engineers approval for the preparation of improvement plan
and profile.
2. Developer shall submit an initial $400 plan check fee with the plan and profile
improvement plan submittal.
3. Developer shall pay all costs for plan checking, processing and inspection fees.
4. The Developer shall install and make completely operational the sewer main relocation
prior to the issuance of the building permits and the construction of the buildings on Lots
3 and 6.
