AVENUES, SEWER EASEMENT REQUIREMENTS - CMWD PROJECT
NO. 93-C.413
In response to your letter of December 3, 1993, the District has reviewed your site design and
will require a minimum of ten feet (10') easement from the existing sewer main due to the
depth of the sewer line being 11 feet deep. Thus, the ultimate sewer easement shall be twenty
feet (20') in width with ten feet (10') on each side of the existing sewer main. (See attached
drawing CMWD No. 93-C.413).
