The proposal includes a finished cul de sac that would require the acquisition of approximately 200 square feet of my property. Please be advised that I do not wish to sell this part of my property and do not want it condemned, particularly since public safety is not an issue in completing the cul de sac at this time. I am aware that the proposed cul de sac improvements would be made at the developer's expense. I am also aware that I or future owners of my property would be liable for the cost of completing the eastern segment of the cul de sac in the event we wished to develop in the future. In conclusion, I respectfully request that the northeastern section of the proposed cul de sac terminate at my property line and that otherwise the present configuration remain as it is.
