CT 94-05 AND CT 94-08, POINSETTIA SHORES PLANNING AREAS A-1 AND A-2
Please modify conditions NO.S 43 and 53 for both CT 94-04 and CT 94-08 as per the
following:
43. Prior to approval of the final map, the applicant shall pay the current Planned
Local Drainage Area fee or shall construct drainage systems in conformance
with Master Drainage Plan and City of Carlsbad standards as required by the City
Engineer.
53. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall underground all existing
overhead utilities within the subdivision boundary, (add) The under grounding
may be phased in accordance with construction phasing as approved by the
City Engineer and the Planning Director.
