Please note the following corrections/modifications to the above referenced projects:
1. On page 2 of the staff report for CT 94-05 (A-2) near the end of the second paragraph,
the reference to Street "12" should be Street "11".
2. Amend Condition No. 43 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 3751 (A-l) and
Condition No. 43 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 3753 (A-2) to read as follows:
"Prior to approval of the final map, the applicant shall pay the current Planned Local
Drainage Area fee or shall construct drainage systems in conformance with the Master
Drainage Plan and City of Carlsbad Standards as required by the City Engineer."
This change eliminates the phrase or shall construct drainage systems from the
condition.
3. Amend Condition No. 53 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 3751 and Condition
No. 53 of Planning Commission Resolution 3753 to read as follows:
"Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall underground all existing
overhead utilities within the subdivision boundary, (add) The under grounding may be
phased in accordance with construction phasing as approved bv the City Engineer
and Planning Director.
