The MSP California LLC Property (APN 212- 040-32, 35, 36, and 48) has a General Plan Land Use designation of RM and the zoning is proposed to be changed from Residential Density Multiple with the Qualified Development Overlay Zone (RDM-Q) to the R-1-7500-Q Zone. In keeping with the PC and RDM Zones, the R-l-7500 Zone also allows single-family residential development which is also consistent with a RM General Plan designation that permits a residential density of 4 to 8 dwelling units per acre.
