Project Description: Master Plan Amendment, Local Coastal Program Amendment, Site Development Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit Amendment, Non-residential Planned Unit Development Permit Amendment, Tentative Tract Map, Conditional Use Permit, and Hillside Development Permit to allow die replacement of some planned hotel buildings and a planned residential development to timeshare villages and a redesign of the hotel and sports center sites, within Aviara Planning Areas 2, 9, 10, and 11.
