State of California Project Location (include county) Project Description: Request for approval of a tentative map, non-residential planned unit development permit and planned industrial permit to subdivide eight industrial lots on a 4.5 acre site and develop eight tilt-up concrete manufacturing buildings (one on each lot), ranging in size from 5,029 to 9,987 square feet. This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad has approved the above described project on January 17, 1996, and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project. 1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. 2. This project was reviewed previously and EIRs were prepared pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. 3. Mitigation measures were not made a condition of the approval of the project. 4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. 5. Findings were made pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. This is to certify that the final environmental impact report with comments and responses and record of project approval are available to the General Public at THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
