The total Tentative Map area is 83.4 acres. Village A is approximately 13.9 acres, its designated RH with a total allowable yield of 161 multi-family units. Village A is lot 206 on the tentative map, it will be resubmitted at a later time as a site development plan or new tentative map that will define the site's development. Village B is lot 205 of the tentative map, its approximately 17.6 acres with a land use designation of RH and a maximum yield of 258 multi-family units. This village is identified as the primary affordable housing area with in the proposed master plan amendment. A site development plan for this village will be submitted at a later time. Village C is approximately 20.4 acres with a RM land use designation and is subdivided into 115 lots with 114 units. The smallest lot is 3740 square feet and all units are duplex housing products. Lot 13 is a 14,000 square feet recreation lot and all the streets are public. Village D is approximately 19 acres with a RM land use designation and is subdivided into 87 residential lots and two recreation lots (124 and 163) with the combined area of 11,730 square feet. The minimum lots size is 4700 square feet, all the streets are public and the city's 60 feet fire suppression standard has been met on the eastern edge where the site has steep terrain and brush vegetation. \ As approved in the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan both Villages C and D are submitted without architecture. This information is delayed and will be submitted prior to application for building permits. In its place, this application includes a Housing Product Plotting exhibit showing building envelopes for all.buildable lots and Design Guidelines for each of the two types of units.
