C, AND D NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to you because your interests may be\affecjt.ed/x'' that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a^publ'ic hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 3, 1998, to consider an application for a Tentative Map and a Planned Unit Development to subdivide 83.55 acres of property into a 210 lot subdivision with '4 multi-family lots, 114 duplex lots, 87 single family lots, and 5 open space lots, and design guidelines for construction of units located in Villages C and D, on property generally located on the southeast corner of Melrose Drive and Palomar Airport Road, and more particularly described as: Portion of Section 13, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, and all that portion of Sections 18 and 19, Township 12 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
