HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 98-03; Rancho Carillos Village A; Tentative Map (CT) (5)City of Carlsbad Planning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to you, because your interest may be affected, that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 1998, to consider a tentative tract map and Planned Unit Development on property generally located at the southeast corner of Melrose Drive and Palomar Airport Road and more particularly described as: All that portion of Section 13, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, and all that Portion of Section 18 and 19 of Township 12 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after January 29, 1998. If you have any questions, please call Brian Hunter in the Planning Department at (760) 438-1161, extension 4457. The time within which you may judicially challenge this tentative tract map and Planned Unit Development, if approved, is established by state law and/or city ordinance, and is very short.
