PROJECT CT 98-12 - MAGNOLIA GARDENS
COMPLETENESS REVIEW
Engineering Department staff have completed a review of the above-referenced project for
application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed project are
currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the following incomplete
items:
1. Attached is a copy of the issues letter dated September 17, 1998 identifying preliminary
issues which should be addressed and shown on the tentative map. After reviewing my
previous memo, none of the items listed were addressed on the recent submittal.
2. The tentative map must show proposed street improvements to both Magnolia and Valley
Streets
3. The tentative map shows drainage and street improvements on adjacent property.
Dedications for proper easements will be required as a condition of the final map.
For these reasons, the Engineering Department deems this application submittal incomplete.
