1 . The applicant should provide at least thirty six feet of street width in order to permit parking on both
sides of Street B. The thirty four feet proposed will allow parking on one side only and will probably
create an enforcement problem.
2. Any structures proposed on lot 12 must be protected by automatic fire sprinkler systems, or a fire
hydrant must be installed on Highland Drive approximately 380 North of its intersection with Magnolia
Street. .
3. Proposed hydrant locations on Streets A and B are OK.
