HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 98-12; Magnolia Gardens; Tentative Map (CT) (59)NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CT 98-12/SDP 98-22 MAGNOLIA GARDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to you, because your interest may be affected, that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday July 6, 1999, to consider a request for approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Tentative Traet Map, and Site Development Plan to create and develop a 15 lot residential subdivision with two second dwelling units on a 4.93 acre site on property generally located north of Magnolia Avenue and west of Valley Street in Local Facilities Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as: That portion of Tract 245 of Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1681, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9,1915. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after June 25, 1999. The time within which you may judicially challenge this Tentative Tract Map, if approved, is established by state law and/or city ordinance is very short. If you challenge this Tentative Tract Map, Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and/or Site Development Plan in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad Office of the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing.
