RE: Poinsettia Properties tentative map CT 98-14 et al.,
Phase 2 Standard Pacific Homes
Dear Mr. Grim:
As a reminder we are still desirous of obtaining as soon as possible and as soon as it
becomes public record, the following:
1. All Planning Department Conditions, and
2. All Engineering Conditions, and
3. All environmental documentation.
My clients are still desirous of seeing the abandonment of the service road from the Tabata
ownership to Camino De Los Ondes. Access to the Tabata ownership would be from Lemon Leaf
Drive and would be most advantageous to all concerned. As it stands now the service road has
been used by the public and has created security and safety issues for my clients. My clients also
believe that the existing unimproved road easements which are located at the extreme northerly
boundary of the above subdivision and adjacent to my client's property should be likewise
eliminated.
Mr. Mike Grim

At a minimum the service road should be gated to impede public traffic.
