(619) 236-9343 Fax (619) 236-8307 e-mail dclaw@adnc.com Dear Mr. Grim: We are again writing to make certain that you will provide this office and our clients, Mr. and Mrs. Burris with adequate notice of any future events that might occur with respect to the adjacent development proposal being maintained by Standard Pacific and/or Mr. and Mrs. Tabata. Since I have not received any information, I assume that the environmental documentation is not completed and has not been circulated for public review. If it has, then the City has clearly not complied with the law of the State of California. I have been assured on many occasions by you that this office along with my clients will receive all documents relative to the environmental assessment regarding this development along with notice of Planning Commission hearings and the like. I called you several weeks ago and did not receive a return call. I assume your silence meant there was nothing new to report. If there is.
