property near the intersection of Aviara Parkway and Poinsettia. As you can imagine, a
number of the neighbors on Wildrose Terrace have been concerned about this
development. I have passed your information on to several of my neighbors to allay their
fears.
Standard Pacific is a quality builder and the project, from your description, sounds like it
will definitely be a prime addition to our housing in the City of Carlsbad.
