RE: Phase 2 Standard Pacific Homes
Dear Mr. Grim:
I understand that the above referenced map is scheduled for hearing on November 7, 2001
before the Carlsbad Planning Commission. Although I have requested on numerous occasions to
review the City's Responses to the Comments received through the public review process to the
Negative Declaration I have yet to see them. In addition I understand that the Engineering
Conditions to the Map have still not been made public and therefore, it is difficult to see how the
map could realistically go forward on November 7, 2001. Finally, my client has never received
notice that the map would be heard on the date and time in question.
My request therefore is to determine when and if I can expect to receive these documents?
I would sincerely appreciate your help in this regard.
