Dear Mr. Grim:
As a result of grading changes and revisions to the traffic study prepared by LLG Engineering, it
has become possible for Standard Pacific Homes to reduce and/or eliminate some of the project
sound walls along Poinsettia Lane for CT #98-14, Thompson/Tabata. The attached study and
cover letter from Investigational Science and Engineering detail the findings that support these
modifications.
Pending your approval of the attached materials, the applicant would request to make the
necessarily modifications on the substantial conformance exhibit currently in processing with the
City.
