Dear Mr. Grim:
On January 6, 2003, Standard Pacific Homes submitted for your review PRE 03-01, the
substantial conforming site development plan for CT 98-14, Thompson/Tabata. Per previous City
direction, the affordable housing component of CT 98-14 was not shown on the overall project
SDP but addressed as a separate map item.
The submittal of the affordable housing component of the SDP SCE was delayed while
Standard Pacific's consultant engineer resolved some minor utility issues with the assigned City
project engineer. As an agreement has been reached regarding these issues, we would now ask
that the attached affordable housing site development plan be included in PRE 03-01 and
reviewed with the rest of the Thompson/Tabata SDP substantial conformance exhibit. There are
no changes to the affordable site that are not reflected in the itemized list of modifications
submitted at the time of the original PRE 03-01 application.
