Re: Architectural Comparisons of Thompson Products:
Chesapeake Bay, Pleasant Bay & Rose Bay
Attached please find two (2) colored sets of architectural comparison drawings for your
use in conducting the plan check of our three (3) Thompson submittals. These drawings
compare the architectural plans that the City of Carlsbad's Planning Commission
approved and the architectural plans that the City of Carlsbad's Building Department
approved.
As the cover sheet of each of set indicates, the black-lines reflect what was presented to
the Planning Commission some years ago for approval and the red-lines indicate what
was submitted to the Building Counter for plan check. The Building Counter has had the
submittal sets approved for several months, but we have not received approval from the
other departments as of yet (Fire, Engineering or of course Planning).
