I have reviewed the proposed grading modifications provided to me by RBF Consultants
(Sheet 3 of 8; dated 5/2/03). The area of the property that this revision includes is the corner
of Aviara Parkway and Poinsettia Lane. The proposed grading modifications do not result in
impacts to native habitat types. Therefore no Take Permit is necessary. Please feel free to
