Engineering Department staff has completed the last minute review of the revised tentative map
for the above-referenced project and have an additional condition to add:

After the conditions provided, my numbers are 78 and a custom condition, then this:
##. Lot 248 is specifically approved with a 40' wide access to provide
for a future subdivision. The surrounding lots, lot 162,163,174,
175,176, 23, 24, &25 shall be notified of the potential and future
subdivision. The exact wording of the disclosure shall be approved
by the City Engineer and placed on the final map.
