Dear Julianne , Ann Kulchin, Ramona Finnila, Matt Hall and Mayor Bud Lewis:
I moved to this neighborhood last January due to having to move here from
Colorado to be put on the Heart Transplant List. I am sorry to say that I
have not been well enough to attend the meeting regarding the developers, and
the increased traffic that will result if Rose Drive is cut through as an
access from the new development to Daisy, which is one block from my home. I
have been hospitalized at least 7 times this year. My serenity, what little
I have left, is why I bought in this neighborhood.
What in the world are you all thinking? We absolutely do not need more
building in our community, and more traffic that is why we pay a premium to
live here. So now, we are being forced after-the-fact of buying here, and
the poor residents that have been here since the beginning to face this
dreadful disaster. Please tell me what your reasoning is to allow this
development. I can not possibly think of anything that would benefit our
community. Furthermore, I am going to make an extra effort to contact as
many of our neighbors, even though I am ill to make sure none of you are
reelected to anything in our community.
Where do you live? I am sure none of you live in our community that is
affected?
Sincerely,
Barbara and Daniel Spring

P.S. I hope that this can be resolved, if not, my cousin is a very well know
attorney in La Jolla, and would be happy to represent us.
