RE: City Adopted Suggested Modifications
Dear Sherlyn:
On September 10, 2002 the City Council adopted the Coastal Commission's "Suggested
Modifications" for the following LCPA's: Thompson/Tabata LCP zone change
(LCPA98-04A); Redeemer By The Sea LCP zone change (LCPAOO-13A); Roesch
property LCP zone change (LCPA 98-09A); and, Carlsbad Promenade LCP zone change
(LCPA 00-08A). Council also directed staff to make the appropriate changes to the City's
Official LCP Zoning Map. Staff has completed the map changes and accompanying this
letter of transmittal are the relevant signed Council Resolutions and two copies of the
revised LCP Zoning Map for your review and effective certification.
I would anticipate that effective certification will occur at the November, Coastal
Commission hearings. Please let me know if you have questions of if you need any other
materials.
