Dear Mr. Holaniller, Please forward to us and notify us in a timely matter of any meetings and/or notices or developments concerning the Standard Pacific project on Thompson/Mendevil/Engler/Tabata properties. We also ask that you do the same for Pat O'Day of O'Day Consultants who we have hired as our Engineer and representative to look after our interests in mis matter. The purpose of which is to ensure that the design of the project on the Thompson property surrounding us is compatible with our current use and business operation, as well as any future development on our property. As we are surrounded by the proposed project, we need to assure protection of our business and know that we will be able to operate without interruption during the entire process of development and beyond.. We would appreciate any information regarding the project you can give us. We have a desire to be as compatible as possible with our future neighbors. In conclusion, we have been in business here for 28 years, and intend to be in business here for many more year's to come. Our situation is unique in mat we have a land partner, and lease their share of me property, which we control. Therefore, we would not benefit enough from the sale of the land, having to share the proceeds, etc. Our crop is a coastal zone crop. We have done a land search to see what our options are, and have concluded that mere is nothing suitable or available on the coast. If we moved we would be "moving to the nuisance", as opposed to others "moving to the nuisance" to us. Therefore we have decided that we will not move from here. We thank all of you for your assistance in the past, and look forward to working with you. Thank you, Sincerely, John and Kathleen Dennis Pat O'Day - O'Day Consultants 5900 Pasteur Ct.
