Received a phone call from Jack Henthorne re: the Poinsettia/Tabata project. He requested that I not
review the project plans in the files any further as the project design may change significantly. The
applicant is attempting to acquire the Weidner (Dennison) parcel and possibly another parcel (the small
scab parcel at the NE edge of the project site). Acquisition of these pieces will allow the design to change
completely. He does not expect to resubmit anything on this project until sometime in March.
