When we bought our home in Vista Pacifica in 1984(Lot 15 Carlsbad Tract No. 83-2) we were
told that our back property line extended beyond the back wall that Standard Pacific installed.
We understand that the adjacent property is now going to be developed and want to make you
aware that our property line extends approximately 4 feet beyond the wall.
