Enclosed are the exhibits and public noticing package for Village B-II's March 3th Planning
Commission hearing. The enclosures include:
1. Ten full sized copies of the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Floor Plans and Elevations
2. One copy of the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Floor Plans and Elevations reduced to
8.5"xll"
3. The public noticing package which includes:
• A 600' radius map
• A list of the property owners
• Two sets of mailing labels
• A guarantee from First American Title regarding the accuracy of the data
• $3.30 postage fee
• A signed statement showing that the information is the latest available
As we have discussed, I have not included color copies of the potential recreation equipment
exhibits since you already have copies of them. If you need anything else, please give me a call.
