The developer shall record an adjustment plat along the project's southerly property line or in lieu of an adjustment plat, grant an easement to the adjacent property owner to the south (Shea Homes) as indicated on the tentative map, prior to issuance of any building permit. Additionally, the following standard Engineering Condition of Approval shall be added to the project: ##. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City harmless regarding drainage across the adjacent property. Respectfully submitted, MICHAEL J.
