SUBJECT: CT 98-16- WORTHING SUBDIVISION GRADING PLAN
I have attached the Environmental Impact Assessment prepared for the proposed grading
plan. The assessment calls for mitigation to restrict the transport of fill dirt to the site
and removal of unsuitable soil from the site to the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
daily. Please have the applicant sign and return the document. A Mitigated Negative
Declaration will be prepared and noticed in the newspaper for a period of 20 days.
