Thanks, GW >» Anne Hysong 03/30/00 03:05PM >» I am reviewing grading plans and final map for 5 lot infill (Worthing Subdivision) on James Drive north of Buena Vista Way. It was supposed to be a balanced site, however, the engineer (Land Space Engineering - Alex Pantich) is now requesting 1,346 cubic yards of import which is 67 trucks. Engineer claims that during the tm stage, the dirt take-off is calculated with less precision than for the final grading plan and he was not able to balance due to design circumstances. Do I approve - the overall grading quantities only increased by 356 cy since the cut was reduced. Since this is infill, how do you want me to handle this? CC:Adrienne Landers
