Before the Engineering Department can proceed any further with its review, the horizontal alignment of James Drive must be established along the project frontage. As proposed on the tentative map, establishment of this road alignment is dependent upon the applicant to obtain a triangular shaped. piece of right-of-way from the adjacent property to the north. Once the applicant demonstrates that this right-of-way is secured through submittal to the City of an application for right-of- way dedication, the Engineering Department will continue with review of this project.
