HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 98-17; Hadley Property; Tentative Map (CT) (20)From: Mike Smith To: Van Lynch Date: 5/11/99 11:26AM Subject: CT 98-17 Hadley Project conditions The design does not appear to conform to the city cul de sac policy. I am not sure of that so I have developed two sets of conditions. If you can confirm that the design does conform, use the first set. If the site cannot conform to cul de sac requirements use the first set and add condition 5. Thanks Van. Cul de sac conforms to city policy: 1. Water mains shall be designed to deliver a minimum of 1500 gallons per minute for fire protection purposes. 3. Fire Hydrants shall be located at lots 1,6, 11, and 13. 4. Zones A-2 and A-3 of the fire protection landscape plan shall be modified to provide only low growing, low fuel species exclusively. Landscape restrictions proposed in Zone A-1 are not required. Cul de sac cannot conform to city policy: Include items 1 through 4 above, and add the following: 5.
