Subject: Hadley Property Project
Dear Mr. Lynch:
It has come to our attention that we have not received a response letter to the resubmittal
package for the Hadley Property project. The package was submitted on December 18, 1998 and
section 65943 of the Permit Streamlining Act states that "not later than 30 calendar days after
receipt of the submitted materials, the public agency shall determine in writing whether they are
complete and shall immediately transmit that determination to the applicant." The resubmittal
package addressed all the items of incompleteness as well as the issues of concern listed in the
incomplete letter from the City dated November 16, 1998. By subsection (a) of section 65943
when the city fails to rule on its completeness within 30 days the application shall be deemed
complete.
