Subject: Hadley Property — CT 98-17
Dear Van:
We have reviewed the conditions of approval for the Hadley Property, CT 98-17, and
accept them with one exception. Condition number 54 regarding the requirement for residential
sprinklers and Urban Interface architecture for Lots 12-23, should be revised to only condition
the units on those lots to have the residential sprinkler systems. The condition is revised due to
the addition of the connection to Docena Drive in Aviara as per a meeting with Mike Smith,
City of Carlsbad's Fire Marshal, on June 22, 1999.
We have also received your letter dated June 21, 1999, regarding the State Department of
Fish and Game fee for the project. After review of the original submittal and the fees paid at that
time, it is evident that the fee was paid in full on October 16, 1998, in the amount of $1,275.00.
