Dear Van:
Based on my conversation with Anita Hayworth (Dudek & Associates), she stated that
no U.S. Fish & Wildlife permit would be required based on the Gnatcatcher Survey performed.
Attached is a copy of the letter sent to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reporting the results of
the gnatcatcher survey conducted on the Hadley Property, Zone 20, City of Carlsbad.
