SUBJECT: CT 98-17 - BIOLOGICAL SURVEY OF THE HADLEY PROPERTY
Dear Julie:
Please find attached a copy of the development proposal and biological survey of the Hadley
property which is located in the Zone 20 Specific Plan area.
The proposed project consist of 38 single-family residential lots and one open space lot on
approximately 14 acres. Please forward any comments you may have regarding the project’s
impacts and proposed mitigation measures. This information will facilitate in the preparation of
the environmental review and the design of the project.
