Dear Mr. Bolton,
As you requested, and as a condition of resolution per the City of Carlsbad, Ryland
Homes is sending you'lhe folBwlfig checks for your inconvenience in the amounts of
$714.00 and $1979.75. The two checks cover the amount you requested for
reimbursement for the invoices provided to Ryland Homes for your interior repairs
totaling $2693.75.
With your permission, we would like to obtain access to the south west portion of your
property which runs along the north west side of our Encantada project were an electrical
transformer sits. Ryland would like to build a splash wall to protect the transformer from
any water damage that could be caused in the event of major water run off. With your
permission we will perform the above at a later date. Please do not hesitate to call me
