LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located west of Blackrail Road and north of Aviara Parkway in the Local Facilities Management Zone 20. B-21 11 Irvine, CA 92618 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, on May 5, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after April 29, 1999.
