Dear Sir:
My properties are located at the Northwest corner of Carnation
properties. Because of distance, lack of easements and elevations
problems, I would be unable to hook up to any sewers West, North
or East of my properties. The same situation applies to the properties
East of me, (Cardosa and Lynn respectivily.)
The only chance for sewer and natural gas would be to the South
when these services are brought in for Carnation properties. In my
case, I would need one stub out for the lot my house is on and
another for the adjacent North lot. (see map). I could grant myself an
easement for this hook up . As Lynn and Cardosa are on two acre
lots, They might need multiple stub outs also. Your advice,
consideration and comments on this situation would be appreciated.7 t - x- ~~ — ~i
