Engineering Department staff have completed a review of the above-referenced project. Based
on the documents provided, the following comments are submitted for the applicants
consideration:
1. The proposed sewer and storm drain improvements exiting the west boundary of this
project must be coordinated with the improvements that are part of the Aviara
development. The site plan should show the adjacent development to the west including lot
lines and the projected utility type, size and alignments.
2. The toe of the down slopes in the backyards of the boundary lots must include a drainage
brow ditch. The ditch must direct water flow to a connection with the proposed storm
drain system. The site plan should contain a typical lot cross section and include the brow
ditch and retaining wall.
