Subject: Removal of abandoned vehicles - Roesch property
Dear Mr. Davidson:
This letter is advise you that the abandoned vehicles located on the Roesch property east
of Aviara Parkway between Cobblestone Road and Poinsettia Lane will be removed in
conjunction with site grading operations scheduled to begin the first part of next week.
City staff is currently completing review of our grading permit application and we
anticipate an advance-grading permit within the next few days. We will notify you when
our clean up activities are complete. Standard Pacific apologizes for the length of time it
took to do the subject clean up, however, we were holding any work to be accomplished
until the Knatcatcher season was complete as well as receiving all the necessary
approvals to obtain the grading permit.
