At the Planning Commission meeting of October 6, 1999, your application was considered. The
Commission voted 6-O (Heineman Absent) to RECOMMEND APPROVAL of your request for a
Zone Change, and Local Coastal Program Amendment and APPROVED your request for a Site
Development Permit, Hillside Development Permit, Coastal Development Permit, and Tentative
Tract Map The decision of the Planning Commission on the last four applications will become final on
the date that the California Coastal Commission approves the LCPA.
