Dear Dennis:
Thank you for meeting with us today to discuss street tree and mitigation measures for
ynur deveinpmgpt nn .lames Drive As we discussed, and agreed upon, the trees to be
planted along Hillside Drive shall be 24" box size magnolias (the same species as
identified on the landscape plan).
The increase in size will serve as mitigation for the existing two trees (one dead)
removed.
