The Developer's should be aware of the following: a) Meet with the City Fire Marshal and establish fire protection requirements (fire hydrant number & locations) b) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss preliminary layouts for public water line improvements (looped pipeline system - with a minimum of two connections to the existing water system), pipeline size (8-inch PVC) and easement requirements (20' minimum). c) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss potable water meter, irrigation water meter and sewer lateral locations. d) The Developer must also work with the District to establish the areas required to be irrigated with recycled water. e) Meet with the District to establish that the "existing" sewer is adequate to accept flows from this project.
