RE: Project CT98-20/HDP 98-22/CDP 98-90/SDP 99-09 - James Canyon Estates
Planning Department hearing November 17, 1999.
This is to inform you, since I am unable to attend the hearing for the
referenced project, that I have no objections to the project and therefore
support it. Because of this, I have signed a letter of permission for the
developer to grade my property as necessary for the improvement of James Drive.
