Request for extension of time to Grading Permit #GR000023
Pursuant to our conversation, we are requesting that the above referenced grading permit be
extended until November 15,2000:
Hallmark Communities Inc. will complete the grading and have erosion control measures in
place by November 16, 2000. We understand that if we do not complete the grading and
required erosion control measures by November 15,2000 that the grading permit will expire and
the site may be shut down by the City of Carlsbad.
Your expeditious written response is requested to allow Hallmark to continue and complete the
grading.
