Dear Mr. Henthom:
I need to receive 10 copies of the revised plans and one set of reductions to 8 %” x 11” by
Thursday September 16, 1999.
Please be sure to revise the plans to include the following:
1. The Engineer’s plans need to be revised as discussed in our meeting of 9/8/99.
2. The Tentative Map cross -sections should be revised to include pad elevations, top of roof
elevations, adjacent pad elevations of existing residences, and street elevations. Show the
proposed residences on cross-sections A-A and B-B. It would be helpful to the public and
the Planning Commission if the sections could be drawn without the exaggerated vertical
scale.
3. The Architectural Plans need to be revised to include the overall building heights on the
elevations. Provide call-outs for exterior building materials and provide additional
dimensions for floor plans.
4. The Landscape Plan/Fencing Plan needs to be revised to show the crib wall and the new floor
plan for Lot 6. The trees proposed on the easterly slope should be located so that they are not
within the view corridor of the residential properties to the east. The Fencing Plan needs to
be revised to include gates along the rear property lines in order to provide access to the
drainage channels.
Also, please submit colored building elevations and landscape plan (unmounted), and a color and
materials board prior to October 6, 1999.
